Sean Sansone serves as Vice President with NAI Capital’s Ontario office. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties, land and investments. Mr. Sansone represents buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of single and multi-tenant properties. He focuses on commercial real estate in the Inland Empire and Eastern San Gabriel Valley.
Prior to joining NAI Capital, Sean Sansone worked in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties at a boutique real estate firm for more than 10 years. Before starting in real estate brokerage, Mr. Sansone was a State of California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (CGREA) for over 13 years. He provided valuation of existing and proposed commercial, industrial and multi-family properties and provided consulting services for institutional lenders, pension funds, governmental agencies, developers and investors involving mortgage lending, feasibility analysis and estate taxation purposes. Mr. Sansone also held the position of real estate asset manager for a full- service business management company for high net worth clients. He oversaw and performed day-to-day management of client-owned commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential income producing properties located throughout the United States.
