Mark joined NAI Capital Commercial in 1992, specializing in Retail/Restaurant Leasing & Sales. Mark brings an in depth knowledge of the restaurant and food operations, being a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and having worked in several prominent restaurants in New Orleans, Dallas and Hawaii.
Mr. Ranftle has specialized in retail leasing and sales in the metropolitan Los Angeles area, with emphasis on underserved and value add opportunities.
In Addition to traditional retailers Mark has worked with Goodwill Industries of Southern California for Deaf Services, Job Resource Centers and their retail locations.
Mark has many long-time clients and service is the backbone to the relationships. He also has a vast knowledge of the retail/restaurant market in the Greater Los Angeles Area, including the underserved urban areas.
