Scope of Service Experience
|
Mr. Papoulias is the Senior Investment Broker for Multi-Family Investments at NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Papoulias primarily focuses on multi-family apartments, as well as landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Papoulias has been in commercial real estate sales and acquisitions for over 24 years and is actively involved on the pulse of the commercial real estate market in California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and other cities throughout the United States. Mr. Papoulias’ commitment, integrity, and focus and has been an essential part of his success in commercial real estate.

Education

A native of San Diego, Mr. Papoulias received a degree in Business from San Diego State University. Mr. Papoulias enjoys traveling with his wife and attends San Diego Charger home games where he has been a fan since 1970. He resides in Downey, California with his wife.

Background & Experience
|
Mr. Papoulias began his career with Marcus & Millichap specializing in Multi-Family sales and acquisitions where he received multiple outstanding achievement awards through 2000. From there in 2001, he joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate as President of Investments, where he was named top commercial broker GCI for the Western Region in 2006. This award honors the top sales professionals in each region who had the top commercial GCI for the year. The award was presented at a ceremony attended by more than 50,000 real estate professionals from North America. In addition in the same years, Mr. Papoulias also received the prestigious Chairman's Circle- Diamond for the number #1 Broker in the Western Region in Commercial Sales.
In 2006, Mr. Papoulias merged with BRC Advisors Commercial Real Estate as Managing Partner and consultant until 2010.
In May 2010 Mr. Papoulias has joined NAI Capital Commercial as Senior Investment Broker.
Mr. Papoulias’ success comes from his many years of experience in Commercial Real Estate in his ability to help advice, guide and service his clients.
Mr. Papoulias holds a California Real Estate License as well as an Arizona Brokers License.
