Background & Experience
Cathy's expertise and understanding of the process of valuing real estate has led to her success in both sales and leasing. She handles property acquisitions, leasing and dispositions for her clients.

Cathy's early business experience included Major Accounts Marketing with Xerox Corporation handling "Fortune 500" accounts. There she was a specialist assigned to market Xerox's most sophisticated printing system. After leaving Xerox Corporation, Cathy became a commercial real estate broker. She not only quickly developed impressive real estate credentials, but assisted in writing and conducting training classes for new salespeople hired by the company. Cathy very quickly went on to open her own commercial brokerage firm, which she owned and managed for 11 years. She joined NAI Capital in 1993 as Senior Vice President responsible for office sales and leasing.
Cathy's undergraduate degrees are in liberal arts, humanities and education. She graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics and English Literature from Auburn University, Alabama.
