Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Carmichael leads NAI Capital's Information Services Group as Chief Information Officer with a portfolio of information systems, associated processes and sets the long term vision for application of technology for the company. Mr. Carmichael continues to service his brokerage clients, and partners with NAI Capital brokers on new opportunities.

Background & Experience
Mr. Carmichael brings a unique skill set of skills to NAI Capital, converging CRE and information technology disciplines.

Since 2008 he has focused on investments, leasing and owner user sales as a member of the Encino Industrial Team in the San Fernando Valley. Prior to joining NAI Capital, his experience includes 12 years in Information Technology technical and management positions, most recently at Northrop Grumman and TRW, where he managed increasingly complex technology programs, including those at the senior executive level for the corporate offices, legal department and numerous software development projects from COTS to custom development.

His experience working with senior executives on complex business issues, translating them into real-world business opportunities where technology enhances the overall process and creates a competitive edge for our clients, brokers and staff.
Education
Mr. Carmichael graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems.

He completed the Project Management program at University of California, Irvine as well as various specialty curriculums in the Information Technology domain. Mr. Carmichael holds a Six Sigma Green Belt and CMMI (Capabilities Maturity Model Integrated) Level 3 certification.
