Background & Experience
Mr. Sokolsky began his career in commercial real estate in 1996 -2002 as Vice President, Century Commercial Brokerage. From 2002- 2012 Sokolsky joined Grubb & Ellis as Vice President, Tenant Advisory Group. Significant transactions included a $27 Million dollar deal with Room & Board, Culver City, a $12 Million dollar deal Room & Board, Atlanta, GA, and a $2.6 Million dollar deal with Citibank, Redondo Beach, CA.
In early 2012 Sokolsky joined forces with NAI Capital’s corporate office, as Vice President
specializing in retail consultation with national, regional and local tenants, with an emphasis on financial institutions. Sokolsky helps his clients achieve their expansion goals and presence in important key markets. Has exclusively represented Citibank, Capital Source Bank, Kaiser Permanente, Morton’s The Steakhouse, Room & Board and Banco Popular.
Mr. Sokolsky attended and graduated from the University of Southern California, Bachelor of Science, Business Administration 1963.
