SPECIALIZATION Office Sale, Lease, Investment and Acquisition Transactions Randy S. Matusoff is a commercial real estate broker in the South Bay office of NAI Capital. Since 1987, Randy has represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in various types of commercial real estate transactions including REO sales, trust sales, lease terminations, lease renewals, relocations, subleases, site analysis, and feasibility studies. Randy has achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. Less than five percent of the commercial real estate brokers in the United States hold both these designations. Since joining NAI Capital, Randy has increased NAI Capital’s presence in the South Bay office market and has been the Top Producer – South Bay branch numerous months since joining the firm; one of the top three brokers company-wide August 2009; Top Producer – South Bay branch for the year 2010; ranked top 15% company-wide in 2011; top 20% company-wide in 2014; and top 20 company-wide in 2017. Randy has served in the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter as Program Chair, Vice President and President Elect.
