Thomas Patriarca is a commercial real estate agent with over 25 years of experience representing investors, business owners, landlords and tenants throughout Southern California. Specializing in investment and owner/user sales across office, industrial and retail asset classes. Background & Experience
Prior to his commercial real estate career, Thomas served for ten years as Vice President and Regional Sales Manager at Quebecor/World, one of the largest commercial printers in the world, where he oversaw and managed the companies five offices throughout the Western United States. Transitioning into commercial real estate in 1998, bringing his leadership and management skills, he joined Grubb and Ellis focusing on office sales and leasing while developing a loyal client base. He joined NAI Capital in 2008 continuing to focus on office sales and leasing and expanding his client base. Prior to rejoining NAI Capital in 2026, Thomas served for two years as Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews. Thomas is committed to delivering integrity, strategic insight, and superlative service throughout every phase of the transaction process.
