Scope of Experience

Bill Byrne is a senior associate broker with the industrial services group of NAI Hiffman. He started his career in the construction industry with Bear Construction, where he completed tenant interior office buildouts throughout the City of Chicago.

After leaving the construction industry and pursuing a career in real estate, Bill worked as an associate broker at Mohr Partners where he specialized in national industrial tenant representation and worked on lease transactions in various markets across the U.S.

Since joining NAI Hiffman in September of 2022, Bill has become an integral player working on Kelly Disser’s team. He provides acquisition, disposition and leasing solutions for private companies, owners, real estate investment trusts and developers of industrial real estate.
