Brian Dunne is a senior commercial real estate executive with more than 40 years of experience advising owners, investors, developers, and institutions across Southern California. His expertise spans acquisitions and dispositions, development and entitlements, portfolio and asset management, leasing, finance, and strategic planning. Brian is frequently engaged by organizations navigating expansion, real estate cycles, or complex commercial real estate transactions.

Brian has built a career in evaluating and executing complex commercial real estate opportunities, including land assemblage, redevelopment, office, mixed use, hospitality, multifamily, and special-use assets. His background includes overseeing entitlement processes, negotiating leases and sales, securing financing, managing development sites, and supervising financial and operational performance across multiple asset types.
Brian has held senior‑level roles in brokerage, leasing, asset management, and advisory services throughout his career. Earlier on, he worked alongside the Marciano brothers during the early growth of Guess Jeans, assisting with the leasing and opening of warehouse facilities in Downtown Los Angeles.

· Closed 44 escrows for land assemblage and redevelopment in North Hollywood, totaling $87 million, for JSM Construction and Prudential Life Insurance
· Represented the seller of 319 N. Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, for $35 million
· Assisted the buyer of 9200 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, in securing hotel entitlements and later sold the property through bankruptcy court for $9.7 million following 9/11

· Director of Leasing for a national syndication company with 2.6 million SF of high‑rise office properties in Beverly Hills and Westwood, leasing office space valued at $50 million
