For the past twenty-one (21) years, Chad Gahr has focused his real estate activities on the selling and leasing of industrial properties for landlords, owner/occupants, investors and developers throughout the North Los Angeles region. Chad’s real estate experience includes sale and lease negotiations, land sales, the exclusive representation of both landlord and tenants, lease vs. purchase analyses, site search analysis, and comparative market data location analysis for major corporations and developers. Chad has consistently been a top producing broker during his twenty-one (21) year tenure at NAI Capital, earning him top producer recognition each of the past sixteen (16) years. He is a member of the “NAI Capital Circle of Excellence” which recognizes long-term professional competence and success.

Represented Voit Development Company in the development and sale of 22 new industrial buildings totaling 480,000 square feet at the 21 acre Burbank Airport Commerce Center to a mix of Owner/Users and Investors. Represented Certified International Corp., (Buyer) in its' acquisition of a 207,000 square foot distribution facility from Investment Development Services (Seller) in Valencia, CA. Represented the Seller (UCV Media Tech Center, LLC) in the sale of a 187,000 Square Foot (4 Building) Flex R&D Portfolio at the Los Angeles Media Tech Center. Represented Voit Development Company (Seller) and Linzer Products, Inc. (Buyer) in the sale of a 210,000 square foot distribution facility in San Fernando, Ca. Represented Alegacy Food Service Products Group (Buyer) in its acquisition of a 113,000 square foot distribution facility from Sares Regis Group (Seller) in Santa Fe Springs, Ca. Represented Rexford Industrial, LLC (Buyer/Landlord) in the purchase and leasing of a 69,737 square foot industrial building in Sun Valley, Ca. Represented UCV Media Tech Center, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 43,173 square feet to The Los Feliz Charter School Through The Arts (Tenant) in Los Angeles, Ca. Represented The United States Postal Service in multiple sale transactions totaling more than 30 acres of infill land and development sites.
