Dawn has over 35 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry throughout the greater Southern California market area. Dawn has experience in the representation of many National and Regional tenants, developers and investors both corporate and private. She has been successful in the marketing, leasing and sales of their properties and or relocation. In 1998 a boutique commercial company owned by Dawn and her husband joined NAI Capital. She brought with her an extensive amount of experience in the industry as as personal relationships in the retail, development and non-profit industry. With her background in corporate real estate and her current position as Vice President with NAI Capital; Dawn has guided her clients both tenant and landlord in making well informed decisions. Senior Associate Lee & Associates Ontario, CA 1991 to 1994 Commercial Brokerage focused on retail tenants and retail development. A leader in the office with top sales 3 consecutive years. Vice President Tower Group - Denver, Co 1987-1991 Broker emphasis on retail tenants, developers and investors. Was the lead Broker during the 4 years of representing Tower Group which included the development of specialty retail center in Parker Colorado, a specialty mall in Colorado Springs. Exclusively represented both regional and national tenants throughout Colorado. Real Estate Representative Safeway Stores - Downey, CA 1983 - 1987 Worked closely with Landlords and with Corporate in the disposition of locations that were closed or were closing. In addition did site locations in the Inland Empire area. Was nominated as Representative of the year. Real Estate Representative Stater Brother's Market - Colton, CA 1979 - 1983 Research and Development of stores in the Inland Empire. Worked with the developers, and with the brokerage community in securing and developing several shopping center locations. In addition to the development of the project the management was handled by Dawn until the in-line shops were sold.
