She is involved in the acquisition and disposition multifamily real estate, primarily focusing on Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. DeLonne has 28 years of experience working with private investors and banking institutions like Bank of America, First Federal, GE Capital, Midland Loan Servicers, and Great Western. She is a skilled negotiator, with extensive experience representing buyers and sellers successfully completing more 294 transactions valued in excess of $500 million. Prior to joining NAI Capital, DeLonne Valens served Vice President at Grubb & Ellis in the Sherman Oaks office where she received nine Top Producer Awards for her multifamily sales performance. DeLonne’s diverse background and track record gives her a unique perspective to help address her client needs. She is skilled at putting together creative deals. Recent transactions include a 641-unit multifamily portfolio in San Bernardino and Riverside County and a 7-building portfolio in the Inland Empire.
