Background & Experience

Eleni serves as Senior Vice President at NAI Capital Commercial, based in the firm’s Ontario office. She specializes in industrial and residential land sales throughout the Inland Empire and California's Central Valley, two of the nations most active and resilient logistics and development markets.

Eleni possesses a proven track record of success, having launched her brokerage career by closing seven industrial land transactions within just over one year from earning her real estate license. Her ability to deliver results early in her career reflects both strong market acumen and the trust she quickly established with clients. She most recently served at Chaparral Land Company, playing a key role in expanding and deepening the firm's reach throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Eleni built a nearly 17-year career in heavy civil engineering construction. She led large-scale development efforts for public and private sector clients on industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional projects across Southern California. As Vice President of Business Development, she helped drive a substantial increase in sales, working with a client roster that included some of the largest privately held and publicly traded homebuilders and developers in the country.

Her deep construction background, strategic acumen, and strong client relationships have made her a trusted advisor to investors, developers, and owner-users.
