Emmanuel has an unwavering commitment to advocating for his client’s objectives. His goal is to consistently maximize value for clients by skillfully positioning their real estate through expert underwriting, cutting edge marketing and experience backed by a strong track record of delivering results. He has demonstrated an ability to consistently maximize value for his client’s properties by positioning the real estate in the best possible light to the broadest audience of targeted investors, resulting in a list-to-close ratio of over 96%. His approach is to first get a good understanding of the client’s goals and aspirations, gather all pertinent information to underwrite the property to achieve maximum value, and then use market based information to establish a strong negotiating position for his client.
