Scope of Experience

Ivan specializes in advising investors on the disposition and acquisition of industrial properties suitable for ecommerce, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics in Los Angeles. In addition to single and multi-tenant industrial property sales, Ivan also focuses on raw land for vertical industrial development. 

Ivan believes in putting his clients first, building long-term relationships, and recognizes that his success is tied to client satisfaction and providing great service.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Capital Commercial, Ivan was the Founder and Managing Director of Mercurial Capital Partners (“MCP”), a strategic advisory and impact investment firm that worked closely with company board members and senior management to facilitate decision making through rigorous strategic and financial analysis in mergers & acquisitions, impact investing and real estate. 

Prior to founding MCP, Ivan was a Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Black Enterprise/Greenwich Street, a middle market private equity fund focused on investing institutional capital into emerging enterprises. 

Ivan began his career with Wasserstein Perella in Los Angeles and New York, and later with the Goldman Sachs Group in London.

Education

Ivan, a native of St. Petersburg, FL, received a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Howard University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
