Scope of Service Experience

With over 33 years of experience in the Southern California real estate market, Mr. Archibald has established a reputation as a premier commercial real estate broker. His attention to detail and ability to understand both sides of a transaction has led to many successfully negotiated deals on behalf of the tenants, landlords and owners/users. He has successfully completed complex lease and sale/purchase transactions for several Fortune 500 companies and many distinguished firms.

Background & Experience

Mr. Archibald started his brokerage career in 1988 at The Seeley Company, now known as Colliers International, in the downtown LA office. In the spring of 1992, he then joined the downtown LA office of Grubb & Ellis. In 2006, Mr. Archibald opened a new office for Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance in Glendale, California, which was acquired by Colliers International in 2018. In 2021, Mr. Archibald joined NAI Capital Commercial’s Pasadena office where the broker-run brokerage firm services the greater San Gabriel Valley commercial real estate market.

Prior to working in downtown Los Angeles as a broker, Mr. Archibald worked for Lloyd Henry Interior Systems, a general contractor specializing in commercial interior construction. During Mr. Archibald’s three years with Lloyd Henry as a Project Coordinator, he worked on projects such as:

• IBM (100,000 sq.ft.)

• Coast Federal Bank (25,000 sq.ft.)

• Bank of America (57,500 sq.ft.)

Early in his career, Mr. Archibald worked for the architectural firm of Cannell & Chaffin as an assistant to the architectural staff, where he gained valuable experience in the fields of blue print reading, design concepts, and the coordination of subcontractors through job completion.

Mr. Archibald's experience in greater Los Angeles, along with his combined real estate brokerage, construction, and architecture experience, provides a vast amount of knowledge and hands-on experience for his clients.
