Scope of Experience

Junko Masubayashi serves as Vice President with NAI Capital’s Torrance office. With over 28 years of commercial real estate experience Junko has successfully completed multi-million-dollar transactions for her long-term clients. Junko specializes in landlord and tenant representation strategic advisory services. She is involved in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and mixed-use properties for her clients throughout Southern California.

Background & Experience

Junko provides her clients strategic advisory services to achieve their business goals. She is an experienced negotiator working for both principals and landlords. She recently represented Iida Holding Group in its acquisition of multiple development sites for mixed-use high-rise and mid-rise condo projects in Downtown San Diego.

Prior to rejoining NAI Capital, Junko was Director of Team Japan at Newmark Knight Frank, in the South Bay office. Junko started her real estate career at Matlow – Kennedy’s Long Beach before she joined NAI Capital. 

Education
