Since joining NAI Rampart in June 2009, Lars has leveraged his expertise to specialize in Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing, particularly properties with a water-related aspect, such as barge fleeting, terminal sites, and dock sites along the Mississippi River and other inland waterways. His work also extends to Brownfield properties, a previously developed site that may have environmental contamination due to past industrial or commercial use. These properties often require collaboration with state and local environmental authorities to ensure properties are safe for their intended use.
