Some noteworthy transactions include the marketing and sale of an investment portfolio of 15 assets valued at over $30 million on behalf of SunAmerica Investments, Inc. Financial advisor to Palmcrest Realty Corporation in their refinancing of a $100 million apartment portfolio. The sale of a 4.5-acre land parcel in West Los Angeles for the development of a 300-unit luxury apartment project valued at over $60 million.
