Reni Martinez specializes in Retail leases and sales in the Los Angeles County area, predominantly the San Gabriel Valley, with 20 years of prior experience in Property Management and Investment Portfolios.

Prior to joining NAI Capital, Reni’s real estate career began with Charles Dunn Company in Downtown Los Angeles and most recently with Kidder Mathews. Before NAI Capital, Reni specialized in property management, particularly the upkeep of properties to strengthen market value and establishing secure relationships with Landlords and Vendors.

Reni is a Los Angeles native and currently resides in Pasadena with her husband and children. In her free time, Reni enjoys spending quality time with her family and actively participating in her children’s extra-curricular activities at St. Bede the Venerable, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, and St. Francis High School.

Reni has prided herself in being a strong role model and solid foundation for her children.
