A 17-year veteran of commercial real estate, Mr. Zaharia currently serves as Executive Vice President of sales where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and exchange of multifamily investment property in Los Angeles. His clients include individuals, private equity funds, syndication sponsors and institutional investors.
Rob’s ability to identify and unlock value creating opportunities within assets along with an in-depth understanding of underwriting principles ensures prudent and successful transactions for his partners and clients. In addition to his multifamily expertise, Rob routinely represents his clients performing 1031 exchanges with the acquisition of single tenant, triple net and retail properties throughout the country.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Capital, Rob served as Vice President of the West Los Angeles office of Sperry Van Ness.
