Scope of Service Experience

Robert (“Bob”) Stover began his commercial real estate career in 1978 with a local multi-office commercial real estate firm and quickly learned the value of hands-on client/broker relationships. Although primarily focused on the San Gabriel Valley, Bob has completed lease and sale transactions throughout the Los Angeles Basin, Ventura County, Orange County and the Inland Empire. His experience with local and national companies as well as a number of years with national brokerage firms allow Bob an insight into the importance of a personal relationship between client and agent while utilizing a corporate resource platform that uses all avenues to provide the services a client needs and deserves.
