Since 1998, Mr. Patriarca has been specializing in sales and leasing of office, retail, medical, special purpose and industrial properties in and around the Metropolitan Los Angeles Area. With an emphasis and local market expertise in the Los Angeles submarkets of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Culver City, El Segundo, Inglewood, LAX, Marina Del Rey/Venice, Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, West Hollywood and Westwood, Mr. Patriarca delivers up-to-date market information and sound investment advice to his clients.
