NAI Capital Commercial Launches Capital Commercial Management
NAI Capital Commercial is excited to introduce Capital Commercial Management, a specialized property management solution that aims to enhance its service offerings for owners of commercial real estate, providing tailored management services. We are proud to welcome Justine DelMonico as the Managing Director of Capital Commercial Management. In her role, she will assume responsibility for identifying property management prospects and overseeing the recruitment of new team members across Southern California. A native of Southern California, Justine has a decade of real estate experience, beginning her career as a Real Estate Services Administrator at CBRE in Century City before transitioning to Commercial Property Manager for Onni Group in Los Angeles, CA. Most recently, she served as Senior Property Manager at Kennedy Wilson in Beverly Hills and was integral to managing their office property portfolio for high profile clients including managing Kennedy Wilson’s Corporate Headquarters. Her strong work ethic and collaborative spirit got her appointed as Committee Chair of BOMA’s (Building Owners and Managers Association) Westside Regional Council for Greater Los Angeles. Justine was also awarded the Emerging Leader and Rising Star Awards from BOMA.
