Executive Vice President Gibran Begum brings over two decades of experience in office brokerage, specializing in tenant representation, landlord consulting, and investment sales. Since joining NAI Capital Commercial in 2023, he has helped build and strengthen the Office Advisory Group’s presence throughout Southern California. Gibran is recognized for his leadership in guiding clients through complex transactions, building collaborative relationships across office-occupying sectors, and delivering strategic solutions that address each client’s unique needs in a dynamic and evolving market.
Senior Vice President Rene Soto, based in Pasadena, exclusively represents tenants throughout the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley markets. With over 25 years of experience, Rene specializes in strategic planning, financial analysis, and lease negotiations that align real estate decisions with business goals. He is recognized for his ability to evaluate complex scenarios, develop tailored solutions, and guide tenants through critical real estate decisions, helping them optimize both operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
Tom Sexton serves as Vice President with NAI Capital Commercial, providing creative and strategic real estate guidance to office occupiers throughout Greater Los Angeles. Over his career, he has successfully advised clients on a broad range of lease and sale transactions, helping them structure real estate solutions that support both immediate operational needs and long-term business goals. His expertise includes strategic planning, market evaluation, and complex lease negotiations, allowing him to deliver thoughtful and effective outcomes for a wide variety of clients.
